Brand Launch

Hundred

Originally founded in Berlin, vitamin subscription company Hundred was ready to grow its market presence and expand into the US. After going through a name change, the brand had little recognition in a highly competitive market. Together with the internal team, I helped craft a go-to-market communications strategy to set the brand apart.

We started by getting a deep understanding of our target audience, diving into market research and consumer insights. With this foundation, we redefined Hundred’s tone of voice (TOV). The goal? To create messaging that balanced warmth and wit with information and science, making the brand approachable yet authoritative.

With the new TOV ready, one of our key initiatives was to revamp the website, ensuring it clearly articulated Hundred’s offerings. We also redesigned the vitamin quiz, the heart of Hundred’s personalized approach. Additionally, we created printed welcome materials for new subscribers, giving customers a cohesive and welcoming experience, right from the start.

The content strategy was the backbone of our efforts. I drove the development of an SEO-optimized blog that curated health and wellness topics to drive traffic. On social media, we brought Hundred’s voice to life with vibrant, interactive content. Regular posts, health tips and collaborations with influencers helped build a community around the brand.

To give Hundred a visibility boost, we also launched targeted paid ads across Google, Instagram, Facebook and Reddit. Partnering with influencers added a layer of trust and authenticity, expanding our reach even further.

The result? Record-breaking brand engagement in the US market, increased website traffic, higher conversion rates and a loyal community of subscribers.
